Drupaldelphia was an annual all-day event held in Philadelphia as part of Philly Tech Week. The event focuses on Drupal and gives developers, site-builders, content administrators, designers, and others from the Philadelphia area the opportunity to participate in and attend sessions, sprints, labs, and workshops.

This year, we were a core sponsor of the event, and many of our Probo team members led sessions!

Our CTO, Jody Hamilton hosted a session called “Semantic Site Building” which took attendees back to the basic definitions in the Drupal vocabulary to help them think about the art of designing a Drupal data structure and interface.

You can watch Jody’s full session, here.

Jody also co-hosted a session with Matt Cheney, co-founder of Pantheon, and Mike Pirog, CTO and co-founder of Lando called, “A Lando to Probo to Pantheon Workflow.” This session showed attendees how Lando, Probo, and Pantheon are used to handle local development, review, testing, deployment, and hosting. You can watch the full session, here.

Finally, our Senior Systems Engineer, Jason Moore, hosted a session called, “DevOps for Drupal and Other Web Applications.” This session explored DevOps techniques, tools, and best practices for Drupal and other web applications. You can watch Jason’s session, here.

We look forward to Drupaldelphia every year to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and experience the Drupal community in the City of Brotherly Love.
